Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, parcel size, and weight. Major cities: 2–4 working days. Outlying areas: 3–6 working days.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours with photos. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
