Shipping Policy

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders are
not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel dimensions
  • Parcel weight

We use BobGo to allocate the most suitable courier.

Due to the size of certain automotive accessories, oversized items may incur additional
shipping charges. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days
  • Outlying areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

4. RISK & DELIVERY

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier.

Customers must inspect parcels before signing. If packaging appears damaged, this must be noted with the courier.

Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear
photographs of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The product

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in the claim being rejected.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Additional delivery or re-delivery fees due to incorrect information will be for the
customer’s account

6. PARCEL TRACKING

As soon as your order is booked with the courier, you will be notified and a tracking number
will be provided to you. Your parcel's status can be tracked using the provided link.
