Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours with photos. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

All products are covered under our standard warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the defect, packaging, and your order number. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or misuse. Where a valid defect is confirmed, we will replace the product or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
